Terms and Conditions of Sale:

Your use of this website is subject to the Terms and Conditions below, the Privacy Policy above and any other laws or regulations which apply to this website. If you do not accept these Terms or Privacy Policy, you must refrain from using this website. Each customer will be required to agree with the above Privacy Policy and below Terms and Conditions of Sale prior to making payment. By agreeing to the above Privacy Policy and below Terms and Conditions of Sale, a customer is agreeing to waiver all responsibility of any third party payment gateway or service. Failure to act in accordance to the above Privacy Policy and below Terms and Conditions may result in a fee being charged for breach of a legally binding contract.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions of Sale:

Collectable Aircraft Wings Australia reserves the right to amend any of the below information without notification. Therefore, it is recommended that customers purchasing from our online store read both the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions of Sale prior to placing an order. Please be advised this process is also recommended for return customers.


All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include the Australian GST of 10%. International Customers: GST will be deducted from your final price at the Checkout. Prices do not include shipping, unless otherwise stated in the product description and/or title. The option of shipping must be selected at the Checkout as the rate for each individual item may vary depending on location.

Payment Methods:

Collectable Aircraft Wings Australia accepts payment via; Bank Transfer (EFT/Direct Deposit), Credit/Debit Card and PayPal. All three methods can be selected by the customer at Checkout.

Bank Transfer (EFT / Direct Deposit): Enables approved customers to either electronically or directly deposit payment for an order directly into our Bank Account. The required details to complete the transfer will be supplied automatically during the checkout process. NOTE: Payment may take a minimum of seven business days to appear in our account. Orders with payment via Bank Transfer will not be shipped until receipt of full payment. 

Credit/Debit Card: We accept payment via all major Credit or Debit Cards including American Express, MasterCard & Visa. All card payments are processed through a secure SSL and use a '3D Secure' process to prevent fraud. We do not impose a surcharge or fee for using a Credit or Debit Card online.

PayPal: Only customers with verified PayPal accounts (i.e., a username and password) are permitted to process payment via PayPal online. Credit/Debit Card or eCheques payments are not accepted by our PayPal.

PayPal Pay In 4: Pay in 4 is PayPal's buy now, pay later instalment solution. Just choose Pay in 4 at the PayPal processing page and split the cost of your purchase into 4 interest-free payments. For more information, please refer to PayPal's website.

Computer and Device Damage:

Though Collectable Aircraft Wings Australia is operated from a secure server we cannot guarantee that viruses or spyware are free from our website.

Collectable Aircraft Wings Australia will not be responsible for any damaged caused to your computer or mobile device as it is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure that the appropriate software is installed.


Pre-Orders allow customers to order and pay for newly announced or proposed items which are not yet in-stock or manufactured. Only items with the Stock Status of ‘Pre-Order’ can be purchased online and will require the customer to complete full payment prior to a Pre-Order being submitted successfully.

Manufactures/brands only release a limited number of units worldwide per release or announcement. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that products ordered will be received. If your order is cancelled due to short supply a full refund will be issued to the customer.

Price and ETAs displayed for Pre-Order items are estimations only and are subject to change without notice. It is advised that customers regularly check the item page for updates to ensure they are conscious of the latest revisions (if any) for the ordered item(s). Delivery times for some items have been known to exceed twelve months or more and is commonplace in the market.

Pre-Order cancellations initiated by the customer will automatically incur a 25% cancellation fee. This fee, under no circumstances, will not be waivered. To avoid such cancellation fee the amount of the order can be requested to be placed into credit for purchases at a later date.

Special Orders:

If you're looking for a rare or older model that is not stocked on our website, please feel free to contact us via our online order form. In order for us to source the model(s) for you, we will require the following information:

- Scale (1/400, 1/200 etc...)

- Aircraft (B777-300, B747-400 etc...)

- Model Manufacture (Phoenix, Gemini etc...)

- Image (Not needed if submitting through the online form)

Please allow a minimum of five working days for one of our crew members to reply to your request.

If we are able to source the model(s) for you, we shall contact you regarding cost (Including Postage) and to confirm with you that the model in question is correct. If we are however unable to source the model(s) for you, a similar procedure to the above will be followed. If you are satisfied with the model(s) and price, please allow a minimum of seven working days for the item(s) to arrive in stock. For payment details on Special Order transaction please read through the below information carefully.

Special Order Payment:

If you are happy to go ahead with the purchase of the model(s), payment must be made in full prior to us placing the order with our supplier. This procedure is to eliminate bogus orders. Once the item arrives in stock, you shall be notified that your item(s) have been shipped to your supplied address. If for any reason the model(s) do not arrive in stock from our supplier, you will receive a full refund via PayPal.

Please note, all Special Order transactions are non-refundable (unless the item does not arrive in stock) and Collectable Aircraft Wings Australia will not accept any returns. All Special Orders will be shipped via Australia Post with appropriate insurance (value of the model only) and tracking. We will only accept PayPal and Bank Deposit as a form of payment for Special Orders. Be sure to read section 'Payment Methods' prior to purchasing.

Shipping Policy:

All orders will be processed within 24hrs of receipt of full payment. Orders with pending payments (Credit Card and Bank Transfer) will not be shipped until full payment has been received. Collectable Aircraft Wings Australia with holds the right to allow a minimum of seven working days (from date of payment conformation) to ship your purchase. In addition, if your order will require longer than seven working days to be shipped, you will be contacted by one of our crew members regarding the appropriate details.

Orders for multiple articles will be shipped as one combined parcel once payment for all transactions has been received. Orders which feature a combination of in-stock and pre-order products will be dispatched once all items are available / in-stock.

Collectable Aircraft Wings Australia will ship both domestically and internationally via Australia Post only.

Domestic Shipping (Australia): All domestic orders are dispatched via Australia Post only.

Parcel Post:​ All transactions sent via Australia Post's Parcel Post service are inclusive of insurance for the value of the purchase (excluding shipping) and also include tracking. Australia Post's insurance covers the customer for both loss and damage.

Express Post: Need your order in a hurry? Australia Post's Express Post service offers guaranteed next business day delivery within the 'Express Post delivery network'. See if you are eligible for this service: Express Post Domestic Delivery Network.

International Shipping (Worldwide): All international orders are dispatched via Australia Post's International Air Mail Service only.

Pack and Track International: Australia Post's Pack and Track International service is available for shipping to 26 countries worldwide and features full tracking on every article lodged with Australia Post under 2.0kg. For a complete list of countries in which Pack and Track is available, please refer to the following Australia Post link: Pack and Tracking International Destinations. Orders where Australia Post's Pack and Track International service is unavailable will be dispatched via Australia Post's Registered Post service which offers similar benefits. Please refer to the below sub-paragraph for more information on the Registered Post International service.

Registered Post International: Australia Post's Registered Post International service is available for countries located in; Australia Post's Zone 5, and where the Pack and Track International service is unavailable. The Registered Post International service includes added security on all parcels and requires the signature of the addressee on delivery. The Australia Post Registered Post International service unfortunately does not feature parcel tracking and is available only for articles up to 2.0kg.

Express Courier International: Australia Post's Express Courier International service is available worldwide and features full tracking and signature on delivery for added security. Delivery is usually completed within 3-6 business days and is available on every item shipped internationally by Collectable Aircraft Wings Australia.

All international freight charges are exclusive of insurance, if insurance is required for an order, please contact us for rates prior to purchasing. Collectable Aircraft Wings Australia is not liable for any Customs and/or Import Taxes or Duties on your purchase.

Free Postage Offer (Australia):

Offer is only valid for Australian buyers only, posting to any of the states and territories of Australia. 

The option for free postage will automatically be enabled once your cart total is above $350AUD. 

All orders eligible for the Free Postage Offer will be shipped via Australia Post’s Standard Post service and included Insurance for the value of the contents, Signature on Delivery and Tracking. 

Free International (New Zealand) Postage Offer:

The Free International Postage Offer (F.I.P) is available to customers shipping to any address in New Zealand and associated territories. All orders must exceed $350AUD (ex GST) to qualify for the F.I.P offer.

Orders which meet all the requirements for the F.I.P offer will be dispatched via Australia Post's Express Courier International which includes delivery within 3-6 business days, tracking and signature on delivery.

Postal Insurance:

All items dispatched domestically (within Australia) are inclusive of insurance via Australia Post for the value of the purchase only. Items dispatched Internationally (outside of Australia) do not include insurance. It is advised that International customers consider the option of sending their order with insurance. Rates for insurance can be supplied by contacting us via E-mail or phone.

Collectable Aircraft Wings Australia does not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged articles.  

Address and Contact Information:

It is important that any new or existing customers wishing to create or amend their address or account information ensure that any details supplied or amended are correct. This includes, correctly spelt names, street addresses, house / unit numbers, P.O. Box numbers, post codes, contact phone numbers and e-mail addresses.

Cancellation and Returns:

Collectable Aircraft Wings Australia strictly does not accept returns for products ordered in error (i.e. selection of wrong product(s)), an unsuitable product (i.e. the product(s) was not to expectations in regards to size and quality etc) or change of mind.

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched a 20% re-stocking fee will apply to all domestic orders and a 25% re-stocking fee for all International orders.

Cancellation of a pre-order marked product or order by a customer will automatically incur a 25% cancellation fee. If an order contains both a pre-order and in-stock item the total cancellation fee that will be incurred is 45% for domestic orders and 50% for International orders.

In the unlikely event an item is damaged or broken during transit, Collectable Aircraft Wings Australia will assist the customer in the Australia Post claim process as all items dispatched domestically (within Australia) by Collectable Aircraft Wings Australia are fully insured for the purchase price (excluding shipping). All damage must be reported within forty-eight hours of receipt of goods from Australia Post.

Return postage charges are the responsibility of the customer returning any item. Items returned without prior permission or arrangement from Collectable Aircraft Wings Australia will automatically incur a minimum charge of $10.00AUD for retrieval and a 30% return and re-stocking fee. 

Orders dispatched internationally (outside of Australia) do not include insurance. Insurance for the value of your item can be purchased by contacting us via E-mail or phone.

Manufacture Faults:

Collectable Aircraft Wings Australia will not be liable for manufacture defects such as the following:

•         Defected paint alignments (Includes smudges and chrome blemishes).

•         Incorrect registrations, for example “VH-JKSD”.

•         Issues such as scratches, and defects that cannot be observed by the naked eye.

•         Loose undercarriage, antennas, wings, elevators, tail planes and aircraft balance issues.

Please note, all items that are dispatched are checked prior to shipment to ensure that the above are not apparent. All items are digitally marked to avoid bogus claims of damage.

WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD: Product may contain small parts, not suitable for children under 14 years.
