Pre-Orders can only be made on products that have a stock availability of ‘Pre-Order’. Prices and ETAs displayed are estimations only and are subject to change without notice. User registration and payment are required for all products marked ‘Pre-Order’.

Pre-Orders are strictly non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued if the product is cancelled by the manufacture. Production delays or revised ETAs do not warrant refunds. Any cancellation of a pre-order marked product or order is strictly subject to a 30% cancellation fee. This fee will not be waived under any circumstances.

With many manufactures releasing a limited number of units per release, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that products ordered will be received. In the event of this occurring, a full refund will be issued to the customer. There may also be requirements for pre-orders to be submitted by specified time frames. We advise customers wishing to pre-order products that they meet these requirements to have a sound probability of securing their desired products.

Once your order has arrived in-stock, notification of shipment will be supplied by Collectable Aircraft Wings Australia.
